System of points collection:
- For each paid 10 EUR (or equivalent in CZK), you gain 1 point.
- Points are collected from January 1, 2008 and are cumulative, meaning they don't expire after a certain period of time.
- Some gifts are only available in the Czech Republic, while the rest in all European Union countries plus Switzerland.
- Once a month you will receive your account statement by email with your current level of collected points.
- Should you wish to exchange any of your points for a gift, choose from our online catalog, reply to that email with the gift's catalogue number and a request for points exchange.
- Your gift will be sent to you and the appropriate number of points deducted from your account.
- Continue with collecting more points.
